Q: How much does your custom cookies cost?
A: Our custom decorated cookies start at $50/doz. This includes a minimum of 4 designs and all cookies come individually bagged.

 

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Thank you for your interest! All orders can be placed through our website, by filling out a cookie inquiry form. Please submit all inspiration pictures to mastrosdelights@gmail.com However, please note that the only way to reserve your date is by submitting a 50% deposit.

Q: What’s the turnaround time on an order of decorated cookies?
A: Depending on the complexity of the design and the number of cookies they can take 24-48 hours to complete. However, we book 4-6 weeks out so it’s best to at least put a retainer down now to secure your date if you unsure of your design or number of cookies you may want.

 

Q: Do you cater to allergy free desserts?
A: Currently we are not an allergy free kitchen. While, we do offer a few items that are gluten free like French macarons, dipped strawberries, dipped rice krispy treats, dipped GF Oreos, I cannot guarantee completely-allergen-free cookies.

Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: I do! Thanks for checking! All custom cookies, cupcakes, dipped desserts and drop cookies come in orders of a doz.. Want less? Check our home page for our next market or pop-up event as we sell singles and smaller sets at these events!

 

Q: When is payment due? Do you I need to make a deposit?
A: Payment is due withing 48 hours of the invoice being sent to via email. Cookies/ Cakes that are not booked until a deposit in received. The remainder is due one week before the order.

 

Q: How long do cookies last?

A: All custom cookies come individually wrapped in heat-sealed bags. They will last like such up to 4 weeks if unopened and stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 24hours to ensure freshness.
